RETURN WINDOW
You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards included.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned: items with broken seals, software, digital downloads, and items damaged by the customer.
RETURN PROCESS
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
EXCHANGE
If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned product.
