Warranty Policy
All products sold by Livehack Technologies come with warranty coverage as described below.
WARRANTY DURATION
New products: 12 months manufacturer warranty from date of purchase. Ex-UK devices: 6 months warranty. Refurbished devices: 3 months warranty.
WHAT IS COVERED
Manufacturing defects, hardware failures under normal use conditions, and factory faults.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
Physical damage (drops, cracks), liquid damage, damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, and accessories.
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY
Contact us via WhatsApp (+254 700 000 000) or email (info@livehack.co.ke) with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
WARRANTY PROCESS
Bring the device to our Nairobi store or ship it to us. We will assess the device within 2 business days and provide a repair or replacement timeline.
REPAIR TIMELINE
Most warranty repairs are completed within 5-10 business days depending on parts availability.
